Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Experience Manager: • Supervise the holistic restaurant operations, spanning across staffing management, scheduling logistics, food safety enforcement, sanitation upkeep, and customer satisfaction enhancement. • Be responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial performance metrics, which include profit margins, labor costs, and food expenditure. • Bring on board, educate, boost, and keep a high-achieving team in line with organizational standards. • Champion the cause of excellent customer service and adherence to food quality standards through leading by example. • Implement specialized marketing strategies that resonate with the community to encourage engagement and elevate sales results. • Abide by all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure proper compliance. • Assist team members in their development by providing coaching and constructive feedback. • Offer support in different areas of restaurant operations to aid in maintaining a seamless workflow.
