CHIODINI ARCHITECTS, a well-established Architectural Design firm, is looking to add Project Managers to its design team. In business for over 50 years, Chiodini Architects is one of the most diversified design firms in the Midwest; based on a philosophy that a broad range of project types and expertise broadens our intellectual, design, and technical capabilities for providing services to our clientele. Our primary design services markets are Recreation, Municipal, Collegiate, Commercial/Office, Churches, and Retail. Responsibilities: • Lead projects from conceptual design through construction completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. • Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and project alignment. • Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance on design development, technical documentation, and construction administration. • Oversee project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestones. • Develop and monitor construction budgets, assisting in value engineering and cost management efforts. • Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and presentation materials using Revit and other design tools. • Serve as primary client contact throughout the project, fostering strong, ongoing professional relationships. • Conduct design and coordination meetings, ensuring all disciplines work collaboratively and effectively. • Support business development initiatives, including participation in proposals, interviews, and marketing activities for target market sectors. • Uphold Chiodini Architects’ commitment to quality, innovation, and principal-level involvement on every project.
