Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Procurement Support Analyst to support the National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC) Description The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in federal procurement processes, with a focus on providing analytical and administrative support to contracting and procurement activities. The Procurement Support Analyst will support the DSC by conducting acquisition planning, organizing industry outreach events, and maintaining documentation and reporting systems. This role involves assisting the Contracting Officer and ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations and NPS policies. Mission To enhance the procurement capabilities of the National Park Service by providing expert analysis, strategic planning, and comprehensive support for contracting and procurement activities. This role supports the effective and efficient management of contractual actions and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Clearance Level Required: Ability to obtain HSPD12 PIV, ethical clearance, and any other required clearances. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Run reports in the Financial Business Management System (FBMS) and other systems for small business goals, obligation rates, workloads, etc. Organize virtual industry fairs with a focus on small business outreach and engagement. Create and update templates in accordance with regulations and policies for documents like market research reports, individual acquisition plans, technical reports, source selections, etc. Maintain SharePoint sites that house documents, logs, templates, training material, and a small business library. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Chief of Contracting’s review and approval. Organize and track training on various procurement topics for Contracting Staff and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in federal government contracting and procurement. Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and procurement processes. Familiarity with financial and business management systems such as FBMS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with experience in creating and updating procurement documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. Experience in organizing and conducting outreach events and training sessions. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of procurement and contract administration experience within the federal government. Certification: Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Professional, or equivalent (e.g., DAWIA certification). Clearance: Ability to obtain HSPD12 PIV, ethical clearance, and any other required clearances. Location: Remote.
