Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding Guest experience at every opportunity. Model accountability and hold Team Members to our operational and quality standards. Identify issues and practice self-reflection to drive personal and team growth. Encourage open communication and collaboration between Team Members and Management. Motivate Team Members by championing change and embracing restaurant initiatives. Lead with both heart and strategy. Achieve business results by effectively managing costs and resources. Adhere to established operational systems and maintain quality through regular checks. Hire, train, and nurture Team Members to prepare them for more significant roles. Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant while building community relationships. Implement safe food handling practices with diligence.
