Responsibilities • Lead and motivate the Management team, setting clear goals and assigning responsibilities. • Oversee performance management for the Management team, including evaluations, coaching, and accountability. • Develop and implement financial budgets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. • Ensure that every Guest enjoys a superior experience by managing all restaurant operations effectively. • Set an example by adhering to and enforcing operational and quality standards with Team Members. • Promote transparent communication between Team Members and Management. • Encourage positive changes and initiatives among Team Members. • Utilize Chili's systems to maximize efficiency and control costs, driving overall business success. • Implement operational systems, including execution of the Manager Timeline and conducting regular quality checks. • Recruit, train, and develop Team Members to help them elevate their careers. • Enhance Guest engagement and develop strong community connections. • Maintain and promote safe food handling practices. • Live and promote Chili's Culture and core beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, and Play Restaurant.
