Job Description: • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the USA • Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline aligned with revenue targets • Develop relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, and business leaders • Position Chili as a strategic performance partner, not just a media provider • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable, long-term agreements • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the USA • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance marketing opportunities • Contribute to defining pricing models and commercial strategy Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles • Proven track record of closing high-value B2B service deals • Strong understanding of performance marketing (Paid Media, SEO, CRO, ROI/ROAS models) • Experience working with marketing decision-makers and C-level stakeholders • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business unit • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills Benefits: • Competitive base salary + performance-based commission structure • Leadership exposure and participation in strategic decision-making • Remote opportunity to build and lead a high-growth business unit • Work with a regional team of performance marketing experts
