Job Summary: Childrens World Early Learning Center is looking for a director for their newly remodeled childcare center in the very nice and safe city of Canton. Family owned with a great environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the center. Experience in a management role in a daycare is a must (director or assistant director role in a center) · Good Salary and bonuses offered and pay based on experience Duties: · Build, lead and inspire your team to achieve the best results . Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children) · Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety · Ensure compliance with the Minimum Licensing Requirements, conforming to health, safety, and licensing guidelines · Keep accurate and concise records · Maintain knowledge of state, local and company policies for enrollment, attendance, tuition payment, subsidy and third-party enrollment and contracts · Conduct informative and professional tours · Familiarize parents with center policies · Maintain complete and up-to-date attendance files for all children, completing yearly updates of all child files. · Develop and implement strategies to address any gaps in marketing and enrollment Skills: · CDA or Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field or credits and experience that qualify the candidate to be a director · At least 3 years of experience managing a daycare center as a director or assistant director · Strong communication, Customer Service and leadership skills . Flexible schedule during center hours .
