Job Title: Preschool Lead Teacher Location: Canton, MI About Us: At Childrens World we provide a warm, friendly, and supportive environment where teachers and children thrive. We are currently seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team and help foster a nurturing and educational experience for our little learners. If you have at least 2 years of lead experience teaching in a similar age group and the qualifications needed please apply. Pay based on experience and credentials Responsibilities: • Maintain a safe and clean environment for children and staff • Follow all State of Michigan policies and regulations • Be familiar with and execute emergency procedures as needed • Implement a variety of activities and experiences that align with the curriculum • Support children’s emotional and social development while building their self-esteem • Utilize positive redirection techniques to guide behavior • Establish a diverse and inclusive classroom that fosters equality for all children, regardless of gender, race, or developmental needs Qualifications: • Qualified to be a lead.
