Location & Hours: • Remote: Position will be remote with the flexibility to come onsite to attend occasional meetings and community events • Hours: Casual Position: Minimum 20 hours required with the ability to flex up based on organizational needs NOTE: This position is NOT benefits eligible. Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or other related field. • Requires 3 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations experience, preferably for a large complex organization. Healthcare experience preferred. ​ Skills: • Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision. • Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices. • Demonstrated knowledge surrounding applicant tracking and HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft or others. • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) • Ability to multi-task and support various client groups. • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with staff and leaders at all levels of the organization and candidates. • Requires attention to detail and analytical skills necessary to evaluate situations and to take appropriate action. • Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet expectations and provide timely services. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
