Join Us as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist! We’re looking for a driven and resourceful individual to lead project-based initiatives and sourcing strategies within our recruiting function. This role calls for someone who is creative, agile, and highly efficient in execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly. You’ll be responsible for managing sourcing efforts, driving recruiting projects from start to finish, and delivering results with speed and precision. What You'll Do • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for clinical roles, and administrative roles as needed • Partner with leadership to address challenging-to-fill roles by analyzing current pipelines, identifying roadblocks, and recommending targeted strategies to accelerate hiring • Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, and leveraging multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, niche forums) to identify and engage high-quality, passive candidates in competitive markets • Provide quick-turn insights and deep-dive analyses into competitor strategies and market trends to inform our recruitment and branding efforts • Regularly audit our applicant tracking system (Apploi), ensure job postings are optimized • Take an active role in planning and participating in job fairs, career events, and hiring initiatives - helping to coordinate logistics, represent the brand, and engage with potential candidates • Own and execute foundational tasks for key projects, helping to drive progress and keep initiatives moving forward efficiently • Prepare and present data for monthly or quarterly team meetings, occasionally host sessions, and attend weekly clinical calls to ensure alignment and accountability • You’ll help support problem-solving discussions when leadership is unavailable • Meet a minimum of 75% meaningful productivity/utilization rate per day • Meet hiring goals and KPIs • Submit weekly/monthly reports • Additional duties as assigned What You'll Need • Associate degree or higher in a relevant field • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management • Strong sourcing skills, including advanced Boolean search and use of platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and niche forums • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with Apploi is a plus) • Willingness to participate in job fairs, career events, and university outreach initiatives • Proven experience independently managing projects from start to finish, including setting timelines, meeting deadlines, and following up to ensure successful execution Work Location & Hours: This is a fully remote position with standard core working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
