Where You’ll Work This position is based in our Washington, D.C. office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work. What You’ll Do The Quality Operations Specialist plays a key role within the Quality Improvement team by providing comprehensive support to the team, including administrative meeting and communication support, execution of events and initiatives, maintaining accurate reporting, member communications, resource management, and ensures that public- and member-facing materials remain current. • Acts as the primary liaison for members and external partners, handling inquiries, onboarding, access needs, and ongoing support. • Maintains accurate member records, engagement history, documentation, and shared resources across systems (CRM, listservs, toolkits, webpages, etc.). • Supports planning and execution of virtual and in-person events in collaboration with program staff. • Delivers comprehensive operational and administrative support, including SOP upkeep, workflows, scheduling, meetings, and internal coordination. • Manages content and communications across member-facing platforms, ensuring information is current, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards. What You’ll Bring To CHA Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying. • Bachelor’s degree in public health, communications, business administration, healthcare management, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, event planning, or stakeholder engagement. • Experience in healthcare, public health, nonprofits, or member-based organizations is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams), and project management tools. • Experience managing websites and/or listservs (or similar collaboration/communication platforms). • Knowledge of collaboration and communication platforms like Mailchimp, Higher Logic, or Slack is a plus. • Comfort with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and learning or content management systems preferred. Min: $79,000 Max: $130,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
