Description JOB SUMMARY: This position serves as the primary liaison between all facilities and the Frisco leadership team, ensuring alignment between operational, financial, and sports programming objectives. The role supports effective communication and collaboration across departments to promote organizational success and achieve business goals. This position is not eligible for remote work. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Organize, manage, and provide financial reporting and business analysis for all facilities Educate and train staff on registrations and CRM systems Manage agreements for independent contractors and events taking place within our facilities Create and track activities, programs, and events Establish regular meetings and check-ins with each facility Ensure invoices are processed and submitted timely for all facilities Respond to all customer and internal questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 1+ years of relevant professional experience (sports, entertainment, media, etc.) Proven organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as a team player Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events Physical Demands and Working Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects and office tools, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
