Summary: Serves as a senior-level support for the Department of Strategic Planning & Business Development through collaboration with CHST leadership, physicians and clinical staff on the development and execution of clinical strategic programs across the CHST enterprise. Responsibilities: • Supports the planning, development and execution of short and long-term clinical strategic initiatives across the enterprise and identifies opportunities for integration and/or improved efficiencies, making recommendations when appropriate. • Uses sophisticated analytical thought to interpret internal/external business challenges, identify innovative solutions and recommend best practices to improve clinical program efficiencies. • Builds expert competency around the extraction and interpretation of data including the cause and effect on strategy and the identification of data-driven solutions to strategic challenges. • Develops clinical program knowledge of CHST services, access points, clinical expertise, referral patterns and market share through the understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends. • Collaborates with directors and analysts to determine priorities, goals and objectives for each clinical strategic initiative and ensures the implementation and execution of approved initiatives with key work groups and stakeholders. • Develops and applies algorithm-based processes for managing initiatives, project timelines, action items, goals and metrics. • In conjunction with the director, engages with multi-disciplinary stakeholders and actively collaborates to develop comprehensive strategic programs that drive revenue and/or reduce costs. • Supports the Strategy & Business Development team in the design and development of dashboards or other reporting methods for Builder Programs. • Independently implements existing strategy through the development of tactics for assigned Sustainer and Mission Driven programs, including the communication of complex concepts and collaborative consensus building across vertical and horizontal channels.
