We're Hiring: Bilingual Receptionist Location: Providence, RI- 70 Union Ave, Providence, RI 02909 Reports To: Administrative Support Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time- Monday through Friday- 37.5 hours per week. Pay: 15.20/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday: 7:30am- 4pm Children’s Friend is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Bilingual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. As the face of our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth daily operations. What You’ll Do: • Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and compassion. • Answer and direct incoming calls, including appointment cancellations. • Maintain reception logs, calendars, and sign-in sheets. • Provide administrative support and assist with bilingual translations. • Operate office equipment and follow daily opening/closing procedures. • Sort and distribute mail and manage office supply inventory. • Fill in at other Children’s Friend locations as needed. What You Bring: • High School diploma or GED. • Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish required). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain confidentiality. • Reliable transportation and willingness to work across multiple locations.
