We've become the leading independent nonprofit in children's mental health by providing gold-standard evidence-based care, delivering educational resources to millions of families each year, training educators in underserved communities, and developing tomorrow's breakthrough treatments.   Position Details: The Project Coordinator supports the operational success of the Center for Data Analytics, Innovation, and Rigor (DAIR Center) by coordinating administrative, research, and communication activities for the team. Working closely with DAIR leadership, this role is responsible for supporting team workflows, maintaining documentation and tracking systems, and ensuring efficient execution of day-to-day operations. The Project Coordinator will serve as a central resource for information management, personnel coordination, publication and conference submissions, grant preparation, calendar and meeting management, and the development of the Center’s social media presence.  This is an exempt, full-time, hybrid this position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, on a schedule determined by your supervisor in our NYC headquarters office. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization. You Will: ●    Coordinate operational processes for the DAIR Center, ensuring activities, requests, approvals, documentation, and follow-up actions are completed accurately and on schedule.  ●    Support DAIR leadership and organizational initiatives through calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, action item tracking, implementation support, and process improvement efforts; identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency. ●    Support research administration activities by coordinating publication, conference, and grant submission processes and helping ensure deadlines and logistical requirements are completed accurately and on time. ●    Assist with administrative and financial operations, including purchase orders, invoice routing, reimbursement requests, and event logistics.  ●    Maintain knowledge management resources and team documentation, including operating procedures, meeting notes, decision logs, shared resources, team updates, and other materials that promote organizational effectiveness and continuity. ●    Grow the DAIR Center's communications presence, including internal content, social media activities, dissemination of team accomplishments, and initiatives that strengthen engagement within the DAIR Center. ●    Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.   You Have: ●    Bachelor's degree required. ●    2-4 years of professional experience in operations, administration, program coordination, or a related field. ●    Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. ●    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. ●    Experience working collaboratively across teams and coordinating administrative or operational processes. ●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism. ●    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through. ●    Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. ●    Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges. ●    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. ●    Curiosity about how organizations operate and a strong interest in developing expertise in nonprofit operations, program management, and organizational effectiveness. ●    Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization. ●    Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while working effectively across departments and stakeholders. #LI-on-site, #LI-hybrid.  Our Benefits Our great compensation package and benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, dependent care, flexible work schedules, discounted tickets and entertainment perks programs. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range.
