The Logistic Coordinator (Remote) plays a vital role in managing both inbound and outbound logistics projects, ensuring the smooth flow of shipments and inventory between vendors, warehouses, and customers. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, Operations Director, or Supply Chain Manager, this position requires coordination across multiple functions with occasional regional travel to support operations. The role involves using custom in-house tools alongside standard office productivity software to optimize logistics processes and maintain compliance. Responsibilities - Schedule shipments for inbound and outbound logistics projects - Manage inventory levels and monitor stock accuracy - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards - Process orders efficiently and accurately - Plan transportation routes and schedules - Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations - Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders - Analyze logistics data to identify trends and improve operations - Monitor compliance to company policies and industry standards - Prepare regular reports for management - Resolve logistical issues and provide problem-solving support Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in logistics coordination - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field - Expertise in logistics management and inventory control - Proficiency with ERP software and data analysis tools - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Excellent time management and customer service capabilities - Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
