Working 3 nights a week till 8/9 is a requirement of this opportunity. • Health Benefits: Owner/Operator contributes $600 monthly (out of pocket cost of $60-100 monthly) depending on choice of coverage. • Retirement: 401K up to 4% monthly match (after year 1) • Two Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) available after a 3 month training • 48 hours of sick pay accrued 1 hour for every 30 hours worked • Closed on Sundays Opportunity: We are looking for an enthusiastic Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A with a specific focus on afternoon and evening service. Your Impact: • Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant • Building high-performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations • Managing a team of 100+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards • Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety • Equipment repairs and maintaining great equipment functionality • Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings, and setting high-level collaborative goals Background and Competencies: • Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years in a management position • Proven track record of developing others • Humility - Willingness to complete tasks outside of one’s day to day job duties for the overall benefit of our organization • Ownership - Ability to implement systems and desire to see tasks through to completion • Opportunity - Seeking new ways to grow our organization and our Team Members • Optimism - Exhibit a “glass half full” attitude each day to ensure Guests & Team Members have a remarkable experience at our restaurant A Day In The Life: • Monday- Saturday availability | 48-50 hours/week | Sundays off and 1 additional day off during the week. • Time Expectations: During the training period you will accelerate through all aspects of the Back of House before progressing to the different roles in the Front of House. As you see how all of these pieces fit together, you will learn how to think and what to look for when it comes to running all aspects of the operation. If you are developed, qualified, and performing with excellence, the operational schedule will shift in the first 6 months to 35-40 hours per week on shift, allowing 5-6 hours per week off shift to focus on leadership responsibilities. While on shift, you will ensure operational excellence while leading teams of up to 35 people and an organization of 100+ people. • Nights: You are responsible for working 3 nights per week as part of this role and this is an aspect of your role that will not change at anytime.
