Description Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION A Dining Room Host/Hostess is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by helping to make a difference for every guest through Chick-fil-A's Second Mile Service procedures. As a Dining Room Host/Hostess, you will welcome & greet guests, maintain cleanliness in the dining room and restrooms, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others. Position: Monday-Saturday. The Ideal Team Member: • Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well • Positive attitude • Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork • Excitement to learn and take initiative • Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours) Duties and Responsibilities: • Greeting Guests • Cleaning Tables, floors, and windows as needed • Refreshing Beverages • Clearing trays and trash from guests • Restocking supplies • Table touch-ins to ensure all guests feel welcomed in the dining room • Maintaining a clean store environment • Clean restrooms (Trash, floors, etc.) • Dining room trash taken out regularly • Expedite orders to guests and curbside pick up REQUIREMENTS • Must have a source of reliable transportation • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low • Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required • Works in noisy and fast paced environment • Mobility required during shifts • Must work well under pressure Company Information In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients.
