Job Summary We are seeking an outgoing, organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and guests, assisting in daily office and customer needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. Duties -Greet guests, answer phone calls, process payments - Perform clerical tasks, including data entry and filing - Assist in customer support activities such as responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Utilize Google Suite to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets - Provide general office support by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies - Communicate effectively in English - Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with guests Requirements - Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role - Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management systems - Excellent time management and communication skills Hours of work include: Tuesday-Friday 1-8pm Saturday/Sunday 10am-3pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Experience: • Administrative experience: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: • Washington, DC 20015 (Required) Work Location: In person
