Pursuing a Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering degree, minimum 3.5 GPA, analytical and leadership skills, internship/work experience in procurement or supply chain, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

This program will provide the participants with a variety of unique experiences that will serve to develop and broaden critical skill sets and competencies as they progress in their development towards leadership roles within the organization.P/SCM Business Analyst will be asked to complete a variety of tasks and may work on several projects simultaneously. The position conducts various supply chain analyses; internal and external market research studies; as well as data and process analysis for Procurement management and cross-operating company procurement teams. Frequent interaction with leadership; senior managers; current program members; and program alumni can be expected.Assignments include supporting Category Management; Contracting; Procurement Operations and other P/SCM activities that support the Technology; Projects & Services; Upstream & Gas; or Downstream; Chemicals & Shared Services organizations.
