About the Role: We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Communications Intern to help shape and amplify our voice across digital platforms. This role will support brand-building efforts through thoughtful content creation, digital outreach, and campaign coordination. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys storytelling, strategic communication, and crafting a consistent, elevated brand presence. Target start date will be March. Since this internship will be during the school year, the time commitment is low and we will work with your schedule. Expect 10 hours of work a week. What You’ll Do: • Write and schedule social media posts (primarily LinkedIn) • Maintain a simple, forward-looking content calendar • Research opportunities to expand brand visibility across relevant professional communities • Draft outreach messages that align with the firm’s tone and positioning • Track engagement performance and surface learnings to refine messaging What You’ll Bring: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field. • We will also consider candidates not currently pursuing a degree who can demonstrate a strong history of content creation and a portfolio of high-performing work. • Excellent writing and editing skills. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Interest in brand strategy, executive communications, or B2B marketing. • Demonstrated social media or digital content experience is a plus, but not required. • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Buffer, Notion, or similar tools is helpful but not essential. • Bonus: Experience creating and editing short-form video content (such as LinkedIn videos, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts).
