We help companies optimize their HR functions, improve employee performance, and align HR strategies with overall business goals. Services range from generalist support to specialized areas like talent management, compensation, and benefits. Job Summary: A EXPEREINCE BASED SLARY Human Resources (HR) Specialist Intern role involves supporting various HR functions, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR systems, under the supervision of HR management. Responsibilities also include helping with employee development programs, administrative tasks like managing employee data and benefits, and contributing to special HR projects. Interns gain hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment, develop professional skills, and build their resumes. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: • Post job openings and review resumes. • Schedule interviews and conduct preliminary screenings. • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees. • Help maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Employee Data & Systems: • Update and maintain employee records in the HR system. • Import and organize employee data, including leaves and absences. • Assist with payroll processes. Employee Relations & Support: • Provide information to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. • Assist with handling employee inquiries and concerns. • Help organize exit interviews. Special Projects & Administration: • Support the HR Manager with special projects. • Conduct orientations on Monday's • Help plan and execute special HR-related events. • Assist with administrative duties as needed.
