Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Intern to support our executive leadership team as a Voluntary/Gratis Chief Administrative Officer (Intern) that work under a little supervision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, management, and operations management within a fast-paced organizational environment. As an integral part of our leadership development program, you will assist in streamlining processes, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to high-level decision-making. This paid internship is designed to cultivate your leadership skills and provide a comprehensive understanding of organizational administration at the senior management level. Duties • Assist senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals • Support management in overseeing daily operations and administrative functions across departments • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and recommending efficiencies • Participate in negotiations and business development activities to foster new partnerships and opportunities • Coordinate project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives • This department also acts as timekeepers • Help facilitate communication between departments and senior leaders to promote alignment and transparency • Conduct research on industry best practices and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes • Oversee the department as they reach out to colleges for partnership • Interview, train, hire, and fire. • Conduct performance appraisals. Qualifications • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field • Demonstrated interest in management, strategic planning, or organizational leadership • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail • Knowledge of project management principles and process improvement methodologies • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating leadership potential • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with business tools is preferred This internship provides a valuable platform for aspiring leaders eager to develop their skills in management, negotiation, business development, and operations.
