We are rapidly expanding and looking for outstanding people to become part of our team. The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee, manage, and develop Clinical Directors within designated centers. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal center performance, growth, and fostering a strong, positive culture. A portion of your time will be dedicated to direct patient care as a Primary Care Provider (PCP), while the remainder will focus on leadership responsibilities, including performance management and engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise clinical outcomes and manage Medical Directors across multiple centers, with regular visits to promote consistent performance. • Drive clinical operations to meet or exceed market earnings targets. • Mentor and coach Medical Directors to achieve exceptional clinical results. • Support talent development for PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors through shadowing, performance reviews, and leadership plans. • Promote a strong physician culture aligned with ChenMed’s values and service standards. • Assist in training new practitioners and participate in the recruitment process. • Collaborate with Clinical Centers of Excellence (COE) and Talent Acquisition to enhance clinical talent growth. • Build and maintain relationships with payers, specialists, and community partners, enhancing local social media presence. • Monitor overall market culture and address workplace concerns promptly. • Review center-level referrals and provide support for market referrals. Additional Duties: • Support market quality and performance improvement initiatives. • Conduct monthly scorecard reviews and collaborate on clinical metrics analysis. • Facilitate training for other ChenMed entities as needed. • Foster strong relationships with providers and stakeholders in the market. • Utilize local market dynamics to drive clinical initiatives. • Implement cost-reduction and clinical strategies. • Render direct patient care as a PCP (20% of the time). • Perform other duties as necessary. Qualifications: • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty required. • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required; 3 years preferred. • Preferred candidates will have 1 year of experience as a Medical Director, especially with Medicare or Medicaid populations. • Board eligibility is required; board certification is preferred. • Hold an active medical license in your state of employment. • Demonstrated history of excellent clinical leadership and relationships within interdisciplinary teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with electronic medical records. • Willingness to travel up to 30% locally, regionally, and nationally. • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
