We specialize in roll-off dumpsters (10–50 yards), portable toilet rentals, and handwashing stations, providing reliable service to residential, commercial, and municipal clients. We are seeking an energetic and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position provides essential support to the office and field operations of our waste disposal business, including dumpster rentals and portable toilet services. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assist with order-taking, sales and marketing tasks, customer communication, and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, has excellent interpersonal communication skills and is eager to grow with the company. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Enter and process orders. • Prepare invoices, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records. • Follow up with customers on overdue payments or missing paperwork. • Conduct courtesy calls to customers for dumpster retrievals and rental extensions. • Provide adminstrative support to Office Manager as needed. SALES & MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate seasonal campaigns and marketing materials. • Responsible for BID management from initial contact to completion. • Partner with office manager to process marketing communications on all completed jobs. • Maintain strong phone etiquette and ensure each customer receives excellent service and clear communication. • Assist with creating and posting content on company social media platforms. • Monitor and reply to online reviews, inquiries, and messages. • Support sales efforts by sending quotes, following up on leads, and entering customer data into the CRM. • Research and explore various opportunities for business growth. • Keep track and manage digital assets. QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior office, administrative, or marketing experience required. • Must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, building relationships, and representing the company in a preofessional and friendly manner. • Strong time management and orgainzational skills. • Excellent communication skills required (written and verbal). • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Platform and Canva. • Comfortable using social media platforms for business, specifically facebook and instagram. Must have basic knowledge of creating and posting content. • Friendly and pro-active personality a must. • Must be reliable, team-oriented, detail-focused and have a strong ability to multi task.
