Because many of our clients are Spanish-speaking real estate investors, fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this role. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Loan Processor to manage loan files from initial review through closing. This role involves working closely with borrowers, internal team members, lenders, and third-party vendors to ensure files move efficiently through processing and underwriting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple loan files simultaneously. Key Responsibilities • Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy • Request and collect required borrower documents • Communicate with borrowers, lenders, title companies, and insurance agents to obtain documentation and provide updates • Organize and prepare loan files for underwriting review • Track outstanding conditions and follow up with borrowers to ensure timely completion • Identify potential issues in loan files and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them quickly • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM or loan management system • Assist with coordinating the closing process with title companies • Work closely with account executives and operations staff to meet funding goals Loan Programs You Will Work With • Fix & Flip Loans • DSCR Rental Loans • Bridge Loans • Ground-Up Construction Loans • Commercial Real Estate Loans RequirementsRequired • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Preferred • 1–3 years of experience in loan processing, mortgage operations, or real estate lending • Experience working with real estate investors • Familiarity with loan documentation and underwriting processes • Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital document platforms Note: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
