Job Description Senior Data Management Analyst Emerging Tech, LLC - Washington, DC • Remote Estimated pay: $88K - $111.10K/yr Contractor Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO Posted 11 hours ago Job Description Sr. Data Management Analyst – Emerging Tech / VA EHRM Program Emerging Tech is seeking a Sr. Data Management Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. The Sr. Data Management Analyst will support the direction of integrated analytics project activities for deployment, training, and change management. This role executes project planning, activity tracking, and risk/issue mitigation as it relates to deployment and stakeholder program metrics, and develops metrics-related briefings and artifacts as requested. The analyst makes meaningful recommendations based on analysis of complex data sets and collaborates effectively with internal teams and external project stakeholders on project activities. Key Responsibilities • Support integrated analytics project activities for deployment, training, and change management. • Develop metrics-related briefings, dashboards, and artifacts as requested. • Execute project planning, activity tracking, and risk/issue mitigation related to deployment and stakeholder program metrics. • Analyze complex data sets and make actionable recommendations to support operational and clinical decision-making. • Collaborate with internal teams and external project stakeholders on project initiatives. • Attend meetings and workshops to present project work, participate in discussions, and provide technical insights. • Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, reporting, and analytics workflows. Minimum Qualifications • 4+ years of professional work experience. • Master’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline, or an additional 8 years of relevant professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. • Knowledge of appropriate data sources to address specific project requirements for monitoring, characterization, analysis, and modeling. • Ability to perform scientific research, writing, and editing to established government standards for both technical and lay audiences. • Ability to work independently. • Must attend meetings and workshops to present on project work and participate in discussions. Preferred Qualifications / Team Experience Requirement The team is seeking a candidate with experience in: • Proficiency with programming languages, preferably SQL (T-SQL). • Experience with machine learning. • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, PowerAutomate (Flow), and PowerApps. • Experience working in the VA or federal healthcare environments. • Experience implementing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
