Lead IAM initiatives, define enterprise access management strategy, advise on IAM solutions, automate identity management, and provide long-term strategic guidance as principal technical leader.
Experience in enterprise identity management, advisory capability on IAM tools, automation experience, and leadership in IAM programs.
Standalone architect reporting to Chief Architect. Will guide internal teams and external contractors. Lead IAM initiatives and define enterprise access management strategy. Serve as a technical advisor to choose IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, AWS IAM, OneLogin) and provide rationale for decisions. Professionalize and automate identity management processes. Guide outsourcing teams towards automation and structured identity programs. Build a structured IAM program. Improve automation and access management processes. Provide long-term strategic guidance as the principal technical leader in IAM. Top skills: Enterprise identity experience in large organizations preferred. Experience with federated identity systems is valuable. Strong knowledge of at least one IAM tool; advisory capability more important than tool-specific experience. Familiarity with Windows and Linux interoperability with identity systems is a plus. Background in financial services is a plus but not required. Not required to have software development experience; automation experience is desirable.
