About the Role Title: Product Marketing Manager Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer Location: Remote What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape how CharterUP’s SaaS and white-label transit platform is positioned, launched, and adopted across enterprise, higher education, municipal, and transit operator markets. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and growth marketing crafting differentiated messaging, building go-to-market strategies, and equipping teams with the tools to win in a competitive, rapidly evolving mobility landscape. You’ll define persona-driven narratives, highlight our AI-powered capabilities, and create the enablement assets that bring CharterUP’s value to life for buyers. If you thrive on translating complex technology into compelling stories, driving adoption across new verticals, and owning market insights that shape strategy, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on CharterUP’s growth trajectory. Messaging & Positioning Develop differentiated narratives that position CharterUP’s SaaS and white-label transit platform as a mission critical solution for enterprises, universities, municipalities, and transit operators. Create industry-specific messaging for transit, higher education, and corporate mobility programs—articulating business value around cost efficiency, sustainability, rider satisfaction, and operational transparency. Build and maintain persona frameworks across the buying committee, from operational managers to finance decision makers. Highlight CharterUP’s AI-driven capabilities (demand prediction, routing optimization, fleet utilization) as key differentiators in the market. Go-to-Market Strategy Partner with Product to shape launch strategies for new SaaS and white-label capabilities. Develop pricing and packaging strategies tailored to transit agencies, universities, and corporate clients. Collaborate with Growth Marketing to design integrated campaigns that drive adoption in new verticals and expand awareness of SaaS solutions. Deliver sales and partner enablement assets including ROI calculators, competitive comparisons, case studies, and white papers. Sales Enablement Equip Sales and Partnerships teams with content and tools to effectively position CharterUP against traditional transit providers and emerging SaaS competitors. Lead the development of competitive battle cards, win/loss analysis, and customer-facing narratives that differentiate CharterUP in enterprise and transit SaaS markets. Partner with Customer Success to capture and communicate proof points from early adopters of white-label deployments. Market Insights & Research Conduct ongoing research into transit industry trends, SaaS competitors, and buyer expectations. Build scalable programs for gathering voice of the customer insights from universities, corporations, and transit agencies. Translate adoption and usage data into actionable insights for refining product strategy and GTM execution. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software, mobility, logistics, or transportation technology. Proven success developing messaging and positioning for platform products and white-label SaaS solutions. Experience creating go-to-market strategies that break into new verticals (transit, higher ed, corporate mobility a strong plus). Skilled in building persona frameworks and aligning messaging to multiple buyer types (technical, operational, economic). Strong background in developing sales enablement assets, ROI models, battle cards, case studies, and competitive frameworks that directly impact revenue growth. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical AI/software capabilities into compelling customer-facing value. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
