Resident Care Coordinator (LPN) Position Summary: The Resident Care Coordinator (LPN) ensures the quality care of all residents. This position is responsible for promoting and integrating the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living. This position is responsible for daily operations as it relates to quality of care and services. The RCC manages the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD. Why Charter Senior Living?
