Manage and optimize onboarding and training programs for Outreach team members.
3+ years sales or sales enablement experience, project management skills, content creation, and strong communication abilities.
Job Description: • Optimize, manage, facilitate and measure efficacy against our onboarding program for new hires on the Outreach team • Proactively assess for gaps and/or opportunities to improve rep effectiveness and support and build training initiatives accordingly • Collaborate closely with Outreach leadership to tailor each initiative to the needs of the team and identify opportunities for optimization • Consistently assess and optimize programming for scale as we continue to grow our team • Regularly audit training materials for accuracy and relevancy • Partner closely with our marketing materials vendor to ensure new hires have ample marketing materials during and post onboarding Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement • Experience in a fast-paced behavioral health or mission-driven organization a plus • Google suite proficiency • Excellent project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills • Experience building content (etc. slides, video, longform text) for a sales or Outreach team • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute on tasks in a timely manner • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for behavioral health care • If located in NYC, adhere to a hybrid work model Benefits: • Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees.
