In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Research Analyst II for our Discovery - In Vitro team in Shrewsbury, MA. This position will help optimize and perform a variety of in vitro screening assays. These assays will be both enzymatic and cell-based, focusing on characterizing the ADME properties of drug candidate compounds. The lab procedures will be performed either manually or using automated liquid handling equipment. Responsibilities will also include assay optimization; data analysis and reporting; keeping Study Directors updated; performing data QC. The position requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple activities in fast-paced work environment. Job Qualifications The following are minimum requirements related to the Research Analyst II - In Vitro position. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A) or equivalent in a scientific related discipline. • Experience: 2 years minimum related laboratory experience required. • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. • Certification/Licensure: None. • Other: Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capabilities. Understanding of regulatory requirements of study types assigned, as well as Testing Facility SOPs and the Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), as appropriate. Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines under minimal direction. Proficiency in the use of standard software including Microsoft® Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc. and with standard laboratory calculations. Proficiency in the use of analytical instrumentation software. The pay for this position is $29.00 USD. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
