They are seeking a fractional Executive Communication Manager to provide high-impact executive communication services, partnering closely with Senior Channel Partner Leadership to manage their communication needs. Responsibilities • Support the development of messaging for company-wide updates, leadership meetings, and cross-functional communications • Draft and refine internal and external communications, including updates, executive talking points and leadership presentations • Provide strategic input on internal communication cadence and structure • Maintain a pulse on organizational priorities to proactively identify gaps and opportunities for clearer communication or stronger execution • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values and goals • Serve as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders and business partners • Evaluate and recommend communications channel mix to fit with intended target audience Skills • 7+ years of Executive Communications experience within a high-tech company • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills — able to adapt tone and message for executive audiences. A portfolio of your work is required • Experience in PowerPoint or Canva, designing and structuring executive-level presentations that inform and inspire diverse internal and external audiences • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex subjects into clear, engaging messaging and brand-compliant visuals • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with sound judgment, adaptability, and minimal need for oversight • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with senior leaders • Prior experience supporting a Channel/Partner/ Sales executive Education Requirements • BA or BS in Communications, Marketing.
