Channel Impact is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our client’s Program Management Office (PMO). The right candidate will bring both channel partner expertise and proven PMO experience within the high-tech industry. This role will help the PMO leader to develop, design and formalize the PMO processes, and oversee the successful delivery of programs that support their channel strategy and business objectives. This individual will play a critical role in driving cross-functional alignment, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling growth through our client’s partner ecosystem. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. What you will do: • Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, best practices, and reporting standards across the channel organization. • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that align with company and partner ecosystem goals. • Collaborate with channel partner teams (sales, marketing, operations, alliances) to design, implement, and track partner programs and initiatives. • Lead change management and design effective communications • Drive operational efficiency by creating repeatable processes, dashboards, and metrics for executive reporting. • Facilitate alignment between internal stakeholders (product, engineering, sales, finance, marketing) and external partners to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. • Provide program updates, risk assessments, and performance insights to senior leadership. • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery. • Champion continuous improvement within the PMO, ensuring scalability and adaptability in a fast-paced high-tech environment. What you bring: • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, with at least 3 years in a PMO role within the high-tech industry. (Required) • Proven experience working with or managing Channel Partner programs (Required) • Strong background in PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and portfolio management. • Hands-on expertise in project management practices (scope, risk, schedule, and budget management). • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to influence and drive alignment across executive and cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in program management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA, MS Project, etc.). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field (PMP certification a plus).
