Full Description

Job Summary (List Format) • Position: PMP-Certified IT Business Analyst (Hybrid, contract) • Location: Metro Atlanta area (must be local and available for onsite work as required) • Pay: $37.00 per hour • Employment Type: Full-time, Contract • Agency: State government agency Key Responsibilities: • Support Time Management, Labor, and HRIS system implementations, upgrades, maintenance, and optimization • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG Pro Workforce Management, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work • Analyze business requirements and customer concerns to develop solutions • Conduct systems integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Perform regular data imports/exports and ensure data integrity through routine quality checks • Maintain and update system configurations, business rules, look-up tables, and interfaces • Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist in developing standards/procedures Required Qualifications: • Active PMP Certification (must be provided) • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis for large enterprise systems • Minimum 3 years' experience in enterprise-level data migration or rollout projects • Minimum 2 years' experience using Microsoft Power BI • Minimum 3 years' experience using Microsoft Office applications • Expert-level skills in Power BI and Microsoft Office • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person (Hybrid must be available to report onsite as required)
