Job Summary Business Integration Specialist (Junior-Level, Hybrid, Contract) • Support a technology-related, strategic project for a state government agency focused on leveraging NC HealthConnex to improve quality and population health outcomes. • Coordinate with internal business and clinical teams to implement operational tasks and ensure smooth project execution. • Query, profile, and analyze large healthcare datasets (using SQL and/or SAS) to improve data quality and usability. • Gather and synthesize information and feedback from internal and external stakeholders (including Health Plans and providers) to inform organizational decision-making. • Communicate complex technical and data concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. • Contribute to data policy, healthcare data ecosystem, health information technology, and quality improvement initiatives. • Adapt to shifting priorities and support multiple stakeholder needs in a hybrid work environment. • Full-time contract with health insurance benefits; requires U.S. Citizenship or Green Card. • Minimum experience: 3 years in healthcare data policy, stakeholder communication, and data querying; 2 years in Medicaid regulations, population health models, clinical workflows, and digital quality measurement.
