Job Description: • Lead the transformation of ambiguous, cross-functional business needs into well-scoped technical problem statements • Define and ship foundational AI and automation architectures • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI-driven internal products • Develop and enhance engineering productivity with introduction of new tools, automation, and workflows • Mentor and level up engineers through architectural guidance and code review Requirements: • 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience • Demonstrated expertise designing and shipping AI-enabled systems • Significant experience integrating with complex third-party systems • Experience establishing engineering standards Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities
