Position Overview: Chandler Park Academy (CPA) seeks motivated certified High School Teachers for School Year 2026-2027 openings in core subjects (English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies). Ideal candidates range from recent graduates eager to begin their teaching careers to expert, experienced educators ready to prepare students academically and socially for success beyond graduation. Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver rigorous, engaging lessons aligned with Michigan State Standards, emphasizing college and career readiness. • Integrate diverse instructional methods, including project-based learning and real-world applications, to engage high school students. • Regularly evaluate student understanding using formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback. • Maintain an inclusive, structured classroom environment promoting mutual respect and academic engagement. • Actively communicate with students and families regarding academic progress, post-secondary preparation, and support strategies.
