Job Title: Client Care – Thank You Calls Your job is simple. When someone donates to us, you call them and say “thank you.” That’s it. No asking for money. No sales pitch. Just gratitude. These calls are often the highlight of the day because people are genuinely surprised and touched. About the Position This is a customer service role centered on kindness and connection. We do pro-bono work to give back to the community, and when people donate to support us, we want them to feel appreciated. Your main role is to thank them. If you’ve ever thought it would be a dream to get paid for serving others by having real conversations and listening, you’ll fit right in. Many people you’ll talk to simply need someone to listen, care, and occasionally connect them to a specialist on our team. Day-to-day responsibilities include: • Making thank you calls to donors • Attending daily huddles and trainings • Tracking call activity and providing daily reports • Occasionally forwarding calls to a teammate who can help further As you grow, you may have the option (not the requirement) to advance into answering more complex real estate and property tax questions with full training. If you want to stay in the thank-you role long-term, that’s perfectly fine too. What This is Not • Not a sales job • Not a donation request job • Not an MLM or recruiting role • Not technical work in real estate or property tax Experience helps, but it isn’t required.
