If you’re a high-energy leader who loves developing people, driving results, and being out in the field, this role is for you. Schedule: Thursday–Monday (weekends required) Travel: 60%+ Responsibilities What You’ll Do • Lead, hire, train, and motivate a team of retail/event marketers • Engage customers and schedule in-home consultations • Build local partnerships and oversee retail/event marketing programs • Manage budgets to maximize ROI • Analyze performance data and improve lead quality/results • Set goals, manage KPIs, and conduct team performance reviews • Support social media and local culture/brand initiatives Qualifications What We’re Looking For • 2+ years in retail/event/field marketing or lead generation • Leadership experience—multi-location preferred • Strong communication, coaching, and people-development skills • Ability to run retail events, home shows, partnerships, and community marketing • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Home improvement or direct-to-consumer experience is a plus Requirements • Ability to Travel 60+% of the time. • Ability to work a Thursday–Monday schedule • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods at events • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (required) Apply today to join a high-growth company with strong earning potential and clear career advancement!
