We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Data Entry Typist to support our onsite administrative team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering patient information, processing documentation, and maintaining the integrity of our internal systems. If you are meticulous, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities • Accurately transpose handwritten and electronic patient intake details—such as personal demographics, treatment notes, and appointment data—into internal documentation systems. • Ensure correct patient identifiers, appointment times, procedural codes, and billing data are consistently recorded. • Monitor data entry quality through regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies. • Support essential clerical tasks, including scanning and organizing patient charts, filing digital documents, and composing basic correspondence. • Collaborate with administrative and therapy staff to clarify information and guarantee data completeness. • Maintain confidentiality and compliance in managing sensitive patient information and records. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in administrative or healthcare settings preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or typing roles; familiarity with medical environments is a plus. • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail. • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel), and adaptable to clinic-specific systems. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Clear, professional communication and collaborative nature.
