Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Coordinator Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days per week) Duration & Type: 6 month contract to start Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate ($24.50-$25.50), Access to Healthcare, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plan of Choice, and 401K (Benefit Plans can be requested at the time of submission to the client) Summary Chamberlain Advisors is partnering with a diverse financial derivatives marketplace to identify a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to support the Marketing Operations team. This is a junior-level, high-visibility opportunity within a fast-paced, in-house agency environment managing high-volume digital marketing workflows. This role will serve as a key operational support partner to the Project Management Lead and broader PM team, ensuring marketing initiatives move efficiently across creative, web, copy, digital advertising, and cross-functional stakeholder groups. What You Will Be Accountable For • Monitor and maintain project dashboards within Workfront • Support intake and estimation processes for marketing initiatives • Track deliverables and ensure projects stay on timeline • Follow up with stakeholders to obtain assets, approvals, and clarifications • Manage smaller marketing initiatives independently (with guidance) • Support marketing operations initiatives including events and internal team projects • Facilitate smooth workflow across multiple marketing functions • Serve as a “right-hand” support resource to the PM Lead while operating independently • Take on smaller projects under the direction of Project Manager. What Qualifications You Need • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing department (agency or in-house) • Experience using project management tools (Workfront strongly preferred; similar tools acceptable) • Highly adaptable and able to ramp quickly in new systems • Comfortable in high-volume, deadline-driven environments • Strong organizational and workflow management skills • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Collaborative, social, and relationship-driven • Clear communicator across cross-functional teams • Eagerness to learn digital marketing operations and emerging practices Why Work with Chamberlain?
