Full Description

Overview We are hiring a Content Operations Manager to run day to day content execution across YouTube and Instagram. This is an execution and coordination role focused on content operations, not ads. You will manage editors, oversee publishing, write titles, descriptions, and captions, coordinate thumbnails, and keep the entire content system running smoothly. You will work directly with the founder with daily Zoom check ins and then own follow through with the editing team. Brand YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@CoreyChaloff Instagram https://www.instagram.com/coreycha Responsibilities • Run daily content operations for YouTube and Instagram • Coordinate with three editors to manage edits, revisions, and delivery • Write YouTube titles, descriptions, and manage publishing • Write captions and titles for Reels and YouTube Shorts • Oversee thumbnail creation and selection • Schedule and post content across platforms • Maintain content calendars and task tracking • Lead a daily 30 to 60 minute Zoom meeting to align priorities and execution • Ensure deadlines, quality, and consistency are met • Use provided custom GPTs to assist with writing and optimization Requirements • Proven experience managing YouTube and Instagram content • Strong understanding of titles, thumbnails, and short form hooks • Comfortable coordinating creatives and enforcing deadlines • Experience with content scheduling and project management tools • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop for thumbnails • Comfortable running daily Zoom calls and working in a fast paced environment • Organized, detail oriented, and execution focused Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
