We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks / Operators / Specialists to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across various systems and databases. This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities, with day and night shift availability for flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and digital systems Review data for accuracy, completeness, and potential errors Correct and update any incomplete or incorrect records as needed Retrieve information from databases or files when requested Follow established procedures for data entry and quality checks Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled securely and in compliance with company standards Organize, categorize, and manage digital files and documents Assist with generating reports and summaries when necessary Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding discrepancies or data-related issues Meet productivity and accuracy goals consistently Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work is preferred but not required Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and office software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a quiet, organized space Availability to work day or night shifts depending on preference and business needs Technical Requirements Desktop or laptop computer with updated operating system Stable high-speed internet connection Basic familiarity with data management software and cloud-based tools (training provided) Ability to use secure systems, file storage tools, and office applications Work Schedule Part-Time: 15–30 hours per week Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week Shifts Available: Day shift, evening shift, and night shift Flexible scheduling based on project deadlines and operational needs Compensation Benefits Competitive hourly pay Performance or accuracy-based bonuses (if applicable) Paid training Health, dental, and vision benefits for eligible full-time employees Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunities for advancement into administrative or data management roles 100% remote work environment Remote About the Company: Chain Electric Company
