C.H Robinson is seeking a Technology Integration Analyst III on our RMS Integration team who will lead and manage multiple digital integration projects with moderate to high complexity and deliver robust solutions that are supportable, stable, and easily maintained. The Integration Technology Business Analyst III elicits and creates requirement artifacts for C.H. Robinson's customer digital integration by learning the customer's business processes, analyzing data, and maintaining an understanding of our specific practices. They consult on digital communication technology methodologies and solutions that span multiple technical domains. This role partners, builds relationships with, educates, and influences internal and external partners. This role may be located only in Minnesota, Chicago or Kansas City DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Leads and manages multiple digital integration projects with moderate to high complexity, defining new patterns, leveraging existing patterns, and addressing gaps in the platform, partners with business and technology teams on more complex customers Facilitates effective meetings, keeps internal and external stakeholders informed, sets and maintains project scope and timelines, mitigates risks, partners with others to resolve technical issues, provides guidance and consultation to the project team, ensures deliverables are met by managing day-to-day work, and escalates issues appropriately Partners with stakeholders and business resources to learn business processes, elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into requirements that result in solution designs that deliver value and meet the business needs. Provides alternatives that will help drive speed to market Documents and validates current and future state operational processes and end to end data flows, reviews documentation with the appropriate stakeholders, and evaluates and communicates the business operations impact Creates and tailors, or maintains project artifacts such as matrices, project\test plans, and technical documentation for customer specific implementations Provides solution education, monitors end to end data flow and drives issue resolution as needed Consults, collaborates to build partnerships with internal and external partners, and influences others to translate innovative business requirements into integration implementations and advocates for enhanced solutions that align with modern methods of integration Manages business and technical risk areas by creating and executing a comprehensive test plan (Regression Quality Assurance Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing) Owns cross functional testing scenarios, including creating, executing, and educating the team Provides training and coaching through partnering on team initiatives, paired analysis, peer project reviews, providing and receiving soft skill training and feedback Stays informed of evolving business modes, services, and application and technology capabilities essential to designing and implementing partner integration solutions Required Qualifications: 5+ years of business analysis, software, or customer implementation experience 3+ years of experience managing complex projects spanning cross-functional teams Experience with standard data exchange formats (delimited flat files, XML, EDI X12, EDIFACT or IDOC) Experience with communication protocols (AS2, FTP, VAN, web services) Experience leading project teams Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects in an agile environment Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with API, JSON, and Kibana/Postman tools. Business and/or technical knowledge of transportation and logistics Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in a manner that is understood by all partners Experience facilitating meetings, keeping focus, balancing multiple viewpoints from stakeholders, and resolving conflict as necessary A learning and growth mindset that is open to giving and receiving feedback and coaching others to do the same Strong analytical, problem solving and process mapping skills Proficient in using SQL and/or other data query tools Ability to take on multiple priorities, manage them independently, prioritize work for self and others to manage time effectively, and deliver on commitments Values a diverse and inclusive work environment We will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience. Compensation Range $71,800.00 - $149,200.00 The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
