C.H Robinson is seeking a Strategic Program Manager focusing on strategy for Change, Communication, and Education. This role is critical to driving commercial growth by bringing together strategic initiatives, ensuring effective communication, and educational programs. In this role, you will ensure all programs are aligned with business and talent priorities, deliver measurable impact, and provide an exceptional participant experience. At C.H. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Manage and oversee large scale and highly complex, strategic programs within a project-based delivery model leading the overall vision, structure and strategic direction. Lead a cross functional team to strategically enhance program content, delivery and innovation, leveraging internal and external expertise to ensure program materials are best in class. Collaborate closely with aligned leadership to ensure a cohesive strategy across all high-impact programs. Work to positively impact commercial growth, operational efficiency and process improvement while maintaining customer and employee experience. Measure performance and embed continuous improvement practices into program strategies, define KPI’s and run feedback loops, A/B test content approaches, and incorporate insights into program iterations. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders on strategic content prioritization anchored in business specific initiative implementation. Adapt change strategy and tactics to fill gaps, prioritize impact, and navigate unforeseen circumstances. Develop and lead a comprehensive program roadmap to: Proactively watch for collisions to optimize engagements wherever possible. Manage all logistics, scheduling, communications, and speaker/facilitator engagement for all programs. Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop proactive mitigation plans. Continuously evaluate program content to ensure it is adaptable and relevant to current business priorities. Facilitate connections across high-impact business specific initiatives with multiple implementations running simultaneously. Required Qualifications: 6+ years’ experience in program management, change management, communication strategies, or/and educational program development Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, Organizational Development, and/or Communication Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Proven experience in strategic program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead projects and motivate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Compensation Range $83,500.00 - $185,400.00 The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
