Experience with administrative duties, scheduling, EMR systems, HIPAA compliance, and preferably home health care experience.

Our work environment includes: • Modern office setting We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing databases, and providing general clerical assistance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the team. • Manage incoming referrals via phone, text, email and EMR (electronic medial record software) between agency and field staff. • Task and verify all visits, evals, and discharges through EMR • Track staffing referrals in Excel • Tracking Hospital/Nursing Home Referrals • HIPPA Compliant training. • Answer and direct phone calls. • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. • Develop and maintain a filing system. • Order office supplies • Marketing to doctors and hospitals for new patients • Maintain office equipment. • Home Health Care Experienced preferred Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
