Stillwater, MN | Onsite $100,000–$110,000 + Bonus Are you an experienced financial professional ready to take on a strategic, high-impact role? Our client, a well-established, growth-oriented company near Stillwater, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive global reporting and scenario modeling while partnering directly with leadership on key decisions. This is a fully onsite role, and only local candidates or those willing to relocate will be considered. Why This Role Matters • Take ownership of global financial reporting • Influence key strategic decisions with actionable insights and scenario modeling • Partner with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives • Mentor junior analysts and elevate the overall finance team’s capabilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Reporting • Lead global financial reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance • Build and refine scenario models to guide strategic planning • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence business direction • Prepare financial statements and lender covenant reporting Budgeting, Forecasting & Capital Planning • Develop and monitor the annual capital expenditure budget • Track actual vs. planned spend, identifying cost efficiencies • Enhance and automate financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes Collaboration & Leadership • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders • Present findings clearly to finance and non-finance teams • Contribute to system implementations, process improvements, and new business cases • Mentor junior analysts and strengthen overall team performance Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including global reporting or consolidations • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience required (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Workday) #INDEC2025 #ZRCFS
