Job Summary of the FP&A Manager: The Financial Planning & Analytics Manager (FP&A Manager) will lead all financial activities including strategic planning, reporting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance. This role supports company growth by providing actionable insights and ensuring financial integrity. About the Company • An essential business that will always be in demand as they handle with essential resources (Pandemic / Life disaster proof!) • Grew from $15 million to $90 Million in the last 3 years – they are DEBT FREE! • Recently accepted the Annual Corporate Growth Award of 2024 • Multiple manufacturing locations across the east coast Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager: Seeking a strategic financial leader to support the CFO with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include developing financial projections, modeling simulations, and pro-forma budgets. The role involves managing the budgeting process, overseeing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. • Conduct financial analysis and reporting. • Develop financial models and budget projections. • Assisting with budget preparation and monitor progress. • Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements. • Collaborate with departments to meet financial needs.
