Accounting Manager - Up to $120k + bonus Location: South Franklin Compensation: Up to $120,000 base salary + annual performance bonus About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring a team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. • Collaborate with auditors during annual audits and resolve discrepancies. • Lead and develop accounting staff to achieve departmental goals. • Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
